Consultancy
As a part of a more extensive holistic approach integrating a number of our services or a more intensive intervention. We can help identify systemic problems that are often the unintended consequences of organisational structures, processes and practises. We assist organisations through expert advice, interviewing, performance modelling, objective analysis, knowledge explication, capture and transfer.
