Informed by a wide range of training and coaching business practices, the behavioural sciences, Systems Theory, and Cybernetics. Our lead consultants are Certified Trainers in NLP, Systemic Coaching and are qualified in Psychology. Our Behavioural Modelling approach helps to identify what's special as well as what's more common in your situation, working cost effectively and efficiently without having to rely on pre-packaged or "off the shelf" solutions.
